PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Phil gained his first experience in project and organizational contexts through academic programs, student self-administration and practical HR work. His focus is on project support, analysis and stakeholder coordination.
Through his studies in business psychology, Phil developed in-depth knowledge of personnel and organizational development as well as the analysis of organizational structures.
As an HR intern, he gained insights into operational and strategic HR processes and supported internal coordination and project tasks.
In his role as deputy chairman of the student representatives, he coordinated events and worked with university committees to represent around 9,000 students.
As a tutor for statistics, he taught analytical methods and supported students in the application of statistical concepts.
Phil gained international experience during his semester abroad at Hawai’i Pacific University with a focus on global systems, intercultural cooperation and international business.
In addition, he has been recognized for his academic achievements through scholarship programs such as e-fellows.net, his university’s Excellence Programme and the Fulbright Travel Scholarship.
