PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


Phil gained his first experience in project and organizational contexts through academic programs, student self-administration and practical HR work. His focus is on project support, analysis and stakeholder coordination.

  • Through his studies in business psychology, Phil developed in-depth knowledge of personnel and organizational development as well as the analysis of organizational structures.

  • As an HR intern, he gained insights into operational and strategic HR processes and supported internal coordination and project tasks.

  • In his role as deputy chairman of the student representatives, he coordinated events and worked with university committees to represent around 9,000 students.

  • As a tutor for statistics, he taught analytical methods and supported students in the application of statistical concepts.

  • Phil gained international experience during his semester abroad at Hawai’i Pacific University with a focus on global systems, intercultural cooperation and international business.

  • In addition, he has been recognized for his academic achievements through scholarship programs such as e-fellows.net, his university’s Excellence Programme and the Fulbright Travel Scholarship.
