PROJECT EXPERIENCE
After several engagements in the IT and consulting area, Frank-Reiner became responsible for the HR consulting group of SAP AG where he took over the role of Global Support Manager for two international companies.
Later in his career, he was appointed as Managing Director and member of the Board of Arinso Deutschland AG, being responsible for the complete setup of the German subsidiary.
At Pecaso Group, Frank-Reiner was responsible for the Global Transformation and Strategy group, supporting customers
re-designing their HR processes and in establishing new Service Delivery Models, especially Shared Service Centers. Additionally, he acted as an advisor for companies who intend to outsource their HR processes to external providers.With his profound experiences in the HR business, the SAP HCM area and large- scale project management he can ensure the quality of projects from HRIS strategy , process (re) design to implementation and productive go-live.
