Marcus is highly experienced in managing large projects not only in terms of stakeholder and change management needs but also when managing hurdles arising within a project.
He is the right sparring partner for Customer program manager or project leads. He has gone through all phases of a project, including HR cloud solution implementations, SAP HCM suite or SAP FI/CO on premise solutions and knows how to plan and execute difficult global roll-outs.
He has consulted the selection process of Cloud provider for firms being part of the German DAX.
