Through his freelance engagements, he supports multiple organizations across project management, finance, operations, and internal governance.With a strong background in people-centric industries, Lucas has developed a deep understanding of Human Resources, financial processes, and organizational structures. He plays an active role in international PMO activities, supporting project coordination, governance, and internal alignment across multiple stakeholders and regions.In addition, Lucas leads financial and operational activities, including end-to-end invoicing, accounting preparation, internal financial coordination, and management support. His responsibilities also extend to recruiting, marketing initiatives, and internal communications, where he contributes with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
