PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Antonio has started his career as a lecturer and trainer for IT Solutions and Business Administration for authorities, universities and industry, in headquarter- and operating unit- functions. Simultaneously he has worked in globally acting companies since more than 10 years.

• He used his project and workshop experience in a global project in the area “Information Security”. He was responsible for the roll out in Latin America, North America and in several German units.

• As an IT Expert he was responsible for the implementation and the roll out of a new system for Information Security at a global  enterprise.  This includes also the support of the system and the corresponding change processes including upgrading functionalities.

• He was actively involved in developing several organizational changes and accompany the implementation.

• Antonio is valued by his customers because of his high linguistic and cultural competence in the communication of strategic goals and global approaches.

For twenty years Antonio has been using his experience to successfully consult firms, focused on the area of IT Project and Change Management.
