Andreas has gained experience in multiple global projects and programs, especially in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Development, Strategy and Processes, Quality and Change:
Within the Information Classification approach Andreas acted as a navigator supporting the global key stakeholders as well as the worldwide roll-out of the project. In addition, he coordinated the entire alignment and approval of the Information Clusters.
He has actively been involved in several research related projects to develop new technologies including strategic consulting and establishing business processes.
Andreas has taken over different roles and responsibilities in quality management also in regulated GxP environments and ISO 17025.
He was involved in the development of various organizations and supported the development of more than 1000 leaders.
